Library
The college of Education has a separate well stocked library with latest literature including text books, reference books, general knowledge books, journals, magazines, dictionaries, encyclopedia, educational CDs of Indian and foreign authors. The details are given as under.

Infrastructure
The College has necessary building with spacious rooms, furniture, equipments and other materials as per the requirement of the course.
Laboratories
The Teerthanker Kunthnath College of Education has its own well equipped and furnished Physics, Chemistry and Biology & Mathematics laboratories for providing the students ample opportunities to conduct the experiments with scientific knowledge & principles.
Canteen & Mess
The canteen & mess provide the students of the College with the choicest of sumptuous dishes, delicious food mentioned in the menu card.
Conveyance
For students & staff, College of Education has its own buses from Moradabad city to College and vice-versa.
Sports
There is a Play Ground and a Sports Room for indoor and outdoor games such as table tennis, cricket, volleyball, badminton, football, kabaddi, carrom and chess rooms.
Medical Facility
Top priority is accorded to the health of the students who are required to undergo monthly health check-ups in the 599-bed multi-specialty hospital attached to the Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College & Research Centre. The check-ups are conducted under the strict supervision of highly qualified and experienced doctors.
Education Technology & ICT Lab with Language Lab
College of Education has ET & ICT lab with high-speed Internet connectivity and round the clock service to cater to the needs of students, faculty and staff. The computer lab is equipped with the requisite software for students. Computers are attached with a printer for necessary printouts of important documents as per requirement of 100 students for effective teaching and learning.
